HELB Staff Benevolent Fund (HSBF) is a not-for profit self-help welfare fund for employees of The Higher Education Loans Board (HELB). HELB is the leading financier of higher education in Kenya; It is a State agency established by an Act of Parliament (Cap 213A) in 1995. HSBF is a child of Staff Welfare Committee (SWC) and the HELB CEO is the patron of HSBF.
The HSBF Savings Plan is ideal for saving money to enable you achieve your financial goals. Your contributions will earn an attractive return, currently at a rate of 5% p.a. The minimum holding period for which one can invest is 6 months.
